Marci is the founder & CEO of ROXO Salon & Boutique, a Del Mar hair salon built to offer a refined yet welcoming experience for clients across San Diego. She holds a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with a business minor from the University of Arizona, and brings her exceptional flair for fashion & merchandising to our salon boutique.
Beyond the salon, Marci serves on the San Diego Board of Directors for Jewish National Fund USA, and she is a proud mom of two teenagers. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her traveling or spending time with her family and close friends.
Her passion for people, eye for detail, and love for connection are at the heart of everything Roxo stands for.

Hello! My name is Meghan. I was born and raised in North County San Diego. I have been loving the beauty industry for the past five years. I specialize in color, fashion color, and styling. I am certified in Combline Invisible Extensions, and have taken classes from Edge Academy, Eufora International, Wella, AlterEgo, Pulpriot, etc. I continue educating myself on new trends and techniques but can appreciate the classics.

Meet Leslie! Leslie has been doing hair since 2013. She is a expert in styling, special occasion hair, & smoothing & straightening keratin treatments. Her favorite “go to” hairstyles are, Hollywood waves and beautiful beach waves! Leslie specializes in textured medium to long hair cuts and layers. She is also our events coordinator, helping bring all of our bridal and special event beauty to life. She loves all things hair & helping clients learn how they too can achieve beautiful hairstyles at home!

Hi, I’m Hannah. I have been a stylist for almost five years and joined Roxo last October after moving to San Diego from Monterey Bay to grow my career. I love creating lived in highlights, transformational haircuts, extensions, and would be excited to work with more vivid and creative colors.
My favorite go-to products are L’Oréal’s Vitamino Color Spectrum Glass Serum for soft, shiny hair that lasts, the Oribe Gel Serum for a smooth, long-lasting blowout, and the Oribe Free Styler Working Hairspray for touchable, flexible hold.
