Marci is the founder & CEO of Roxo Salon and a San Diego native with a lifelong love for beauty & style. She holds a degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with a business minor from the University of Arizona, and brings her exceptional flair for fashion & merchandising to our salon boutique.
Beyond the salon, Marci serves on the San Diego Board of Directors for Jewish National Fund USA, and she is a proud mom of two teenagers. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her traveling or spending time with her family and close friends.
Her passion for people, eye for detail, and love for connection are at the heart of everything Roxo stands for.

Hello! My name is Meghan. I was born and raised in North County San Diego. I have been loving the beauty industry for the past four years. I specialize in color, fashion color, and styling. I am certified in extensions and have taken classes from Edge Academy, Eufora International, Wella, AlterEgo, Pulpriot, etc. I continue educating myself on new trends and techniques but can appreciate the classics.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I have been a stylist for almost five years and joined Roxo last October after moving to San Diego from Monterey Bay to grow my career. I love creating lived in highlights, transformational haircuts, extensions, and would be excited to work with more vivid and creative colors.
