Marci Lizerbram is the founder and CEO of ROXO Salon and a San Diego native with a lifelong love for beauty and style. She holds a degree in Retailing and Customer Sciences with a business minor from the University of Arizona, and brings her exceptional flair for fashion and merchandising to the salon boutique.
Her keen eye for curating a collection of fashionable accessories enhances the overall salon experience for our valued customers. Together, they lead our salon with style and expertise, ensuring an unforgettable and luxurious journey for all.

Allyson Davis was born and raised in Carmel Valley. Ally has been in the hair industry for 7 years now and is a Certified Blonde Specialist and an expert with hair Extensions. She is knowledgable with tape-ins, iTip and keratin bonding extensions. She is also an authority on ColorCounter’s luxurious Oribe products, so she can help you identify the most beneficial Oribe applications to preserve the health of your hair. She has invested in herself to go to as many classes and trainings to ensure that she can give her clients the best of the best, while still growing within the industry!

Hi! I’m Dana! I still get excited walking into a salon after 16 years in the hair industry. I specialize in color! If I had a superpower it would definitely be finding that perfect color to cover that regrowth to match your hair. I love working on my blondes, (highlights ,balayages, & ombre’s). I am certified in Brazilian Blowout, tape-in and bead extensions. Oh & I can cut too! I love what I do and do it fabulously, you couldn’t leave my chair with out feeling amazing, I promise you that!

For this purpose, I completed my BA degree in university in the field of Arts.
After that, alongside providing design and artistic services, I began my beauty and aesthetics course at a beauty school in 2012.
Since then, I have been working in beauty services, specializing in haircutting, coloring, highlights and bridal services.
It is still the most enjoyable work for me to make the people and my surroundings more beautiful.
